Bar timer needs 20 second ajustment

My ninja trader bar timer is 20 seconds ahead of my computer clock so on my 1 minute chart when the new bar opens, the timer counts down from 1 min 20 sec. Is there an offset in the code or is it my computer clock that needs a 20 sec adjustment?

simpletrades, the BarTimer uses your local set PC clock, so best would be to sync this up with an Internet Time server and then reboot and restart NinjaTrader fresh.
