Horizontal lines indicator

Can someone help me make an indicator which displays just horizontal lines at given intervals?

The intervals to be displayed goes every 0.0025 intervals, for example:

GBPUSD

1.6075
1.6100
1.6125
1.6150
etc...

USDJPY

94.75
95.00
95.25
95.50
etc...

I also like the option to change the colour if that is ok

I would do it myself but I'm sooo bad at programming stuff. I treat you to a couple of paypal coffees if thats ok
