plotting a color map (spectrogram)

I'm wondering if any one knows how i could plot a color contour map from an array that is generated for each bar.

essentially i have an array(s) that represents the spectral strengths(and phase) for some frequency range and would like to plot it.

mike82, unfortunately we're not sure what you're trying to achieve visually, you might want to look into using multiple DrawRegion's for this - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...rawRegion.html

You could also override the Plot() method to realize your custom display wishes. Unfortunately this would not be supported however.

basically what i was going for is something like this (it's actually the TLfit indicator link, but the indicator there doesn't work)

although i wanted to display a different set of data this way.

Have you checked into the indicator code as basis? This is an example of overriding the Plot method and setting a custom scale.

yes but it doesn't work so it will need fixing
