DrawRectangle at top-left corner

I would like to display a rectangle around a chart and display the text inside, for example, top-left corner.
For now, I use DrawTextFixe, but if there's the price at this point, the texts are hidden.
how could I do?

my problem is not DrawTextFixe but DrawRectangle at the corner of the screen.
how to find the coordinates to draw the Rectangle on the corner of the screen?

You just have to draw it where the price is. There is no "fixed" rectangle like DrawTextFixed.

is meanwhile a solution available to draw a rectangle at a fixed position on the screen and independent on the price?

Of course, the question is more than 10 years ago, but meanwhile there could have changed something due to improvement ...
