High and Low Pivots with adjustable # of bars

Has anyone seen an indicator that finds the pivots for both the high pivot and low pivot for the "x" number of days back and forward. For example, a high pivot would have atleast "x" bars on both sides with lower highs.

Have you tried Swing which is builtin indicator?
