You can't do this.

inputdate = new DateTime(Time[0].Year, Time[0].Month, Time[0].Day, Time[0].Hour, Time[0].Minute, 0);

You just keep changing the date to the latest date. Then your startBarsAgo and endBarsAgo are exactly the same. For sure it won't draw anything. You are trying to draw a rectangle on the same bar.

This does not look to be your script. I suggest you try and contact the original author to make the changes you want. There are likely implications throughout the code influencing everything you do. Only the original author can comment on those.
