LBR Smart ADX

Just wondering if anyone has coded a version of the Linda Bradford Raschke "Smart ADX" I saw it on one of their webinars and it looks like it colors the ADX line at a predetermined point, like the 20 or 30 line.

Hi Elliot Wave,

Thanks for your reply. I looked at a power point presentation by Chris from LBR and it had what was called an "ADX trend" indicator on it. I'm still looking for the "smart ADX" that I saw.

I recently read an article about the ADX and it seems that it isn't so much it's level as it's direction. So..... it seems that the ADX trend indicator would be quite usefull!

I'm not that experienced in using the Ninja forum and I can't find a place to attach the power point presentation by Chris from LBR but.... it can be found at the LBR website. Or if you can give me your email I know how to attach a document to an email.

Smart ADX

Hey Elliot Wave,

I found it ! Go to the LBR website. On the left hand column you'll find "Pocketman's Presentation" Click on that and check out his charts. You'll find the smart ADX on almost all of his charts.

Hi Elliot,

I found another location where the "Smart ADX" can be observed. It's on the Futurepath Trading website. On the left hand side, go to "Damon's Blog" and you'll see his charts.

It just looks like a simple ADX which changes color above a threshold.
