Show Time Seconds

I guage the next move based on the close of the current live bar. I would like to have a detached digital clock that I can move on the chart so that it gives the the time to the second so that I can guage the close level of the current bar.

How would I do that?

Not sure I follow? You want to have a clock application that you can move over top of a NinjaTrader chart?

Sort of like the Replay feature. When you start Replay you get a popup that has the fast forward and stop buttons. It also has the time shown to the second.

I would like to have a movable popup that shows the trade time to the second, kind of like the Replay feature popup. You can move the replay popup anywhere on the screen.
