I did my research on the forum, and confirmed that it is not possible to reference multiple time frames in an indicator. I've got to say, that really surprises me. They are available in strategies, but I believe most traders do not use automated strategies, but rather trade from their charts (even when what is painted on the chart is all but an automated strategy).
A couple of thoughts --
- I would suggest checking out AmiBroker's multi-time frame support. It's extremely easy and powerful to use.
- When will this functionality be available in NT? I would put this near the top of my list for new functionality.
Overall, I've been very impressed with NT. This is one area it can definitely grow.
