Highlight Zero Line Cross

Can someone provide some "simple" sample code for painting a semi-opaque circle on top of a zero line cross in an indicator? I'd like to add this functionality into a custom indicator I am developing.

The MACDBB Lines indicator does exactly what I'd like to do, as shown in the attached pic. Unfortunately my C# skills aren't quite up to the task of deciphering how this is accomplished in the MACDBB Lines code.

Could someone at least explain which snippet of code in this indicator does the painting of the opaque yellow circles at zero line crosses?

Thanks Josh. I'll give DrawElipse a whirl and see what I can come up with.

The help file entry describes drawing the ellipse in the price window, while I would be drawing it in the indicator panel below. Any hints how to modify the code to specify indicator panel instead of price panel?
