Indicator for the SMA of the ATR

Can any one lend me a hand in constructing a regression channel. I'm looking to have two variables: a multiplier (mx) and a period (pd).

I'm looking to construct and upper channel line, center line, lower channel line.

Where:

UpperChannel = The SMA(Close[0], pd) + (the SMA(pd) of the ATR(pd) multiplied by mx)
Center channel = SMA(Close[0], pd)
LowerrChannel = The SMA(Close[0], pd) - (the SMA(pd) of the ATR(pd) multiplied by mx)
