Indicator Panel Default

I have coded an indicator which draws a dot above or below a price bar if certain conditions are met.

Eveytime I load this indicator onto a chart it will default to panel 2 or whatever the nex panel and I have to go and manual change it to panel 1 so that it only plots ontop of price action.

Is there a way to default the panel setting in the indicator window to 1 or set it so that it will automatically only plot the indicator in Panel 1 and not default to the next panel?

In the Initialize() method of your indicator add this:

Overlay = true;
