Help with Compile Errors

I have this AI generated code that I cannot get to compile. I resolved most of the errors but I'm having trouble with these last two. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the code I'm working on. Thanks!

Yes, that has been my experience with ChatGpt/AI. Most of the time I'm able to resolve all the errors, but in this case, I can't seem to get the errors resolved. Thanks for your reply
