    Indicator Label Description

    This concerns NT7.

    Behind the Label for each indicator is text with the indicator description. Sometimes this text is very short, sometimes long e.g. VWMA.

    // <summary>
    // The VWMA (Volume-Weighted Moving Average) returns the volume-weighted moving average for the specified price series and period. VWMA is similar to a Simple Moving Average (SMA), but each bar of data is weighted by the bar's Volume. VWMA places more significance on the days with the largest volume and the least for the days with lowest volume for the period specified.

    I am looking for a way to put in a command for a linebreak or new paragraph or carriage return in this description. Been searching for this but have not been lucky.

    Hoping someone has an answer,

    sandman

    Hello sandman,

    Typically this would be \r\n but the Description intentionally does not allow line breaks.

      Pity that it's not allowed. Nonetheless it's useful to know for other occasions e.g.

      DrawText("txt", false, "Have a \r\n good day", 0, Low[0], 0, Color.Gold, new Font ("Arial", 12, FontStyle.Bold),StringAlignment.Center, Color.Empty, Color.Empty, 0);

      Thanks.
