Is there an indicator which display the Market Depth (aka the orderbook, with Level II) on the graph so that the bid and ask is visually visible?
Just like the 'VolumeZones' indicator. With the ask above the current price, and the bid below it.
I did found this http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...t=market+depth through the forum search, however I can't import that in NinjaTrader (I guess because of an update NinjaTrader uses a different way to acces MarketDepthEventArgs ( http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...tDataEventArgs ).
Does anybody have such an indicator or could give me a suggestion on how to make one?
