Grabbing the Weekly High Low

I would like to use the SampleGetHighLowbyTimeRange to grab Weekly High Lows, i.e. changing the days in the script.
The previous version looks like this:
if (startDateTime.Date != Time[0].Date)
{
startDateTime = new DateTime(Time[0].Year, Time[0].Month, Time[0].Day, StartHour, StartMinute, 0);
endDateTime = new DateTime(Time[0].Year, Time[0].Month, Time[0].Day, EndHour, EndMinute, 0);
}

How can I substitute the Time[0].Day with Monday and Friday?
Should it work this way?

You can't tell it something like "Monday" or "Friday". You will need to get the exact dates for Monday and Tuesday to pass in. Time[0].Day returns the calendar day (numeric) for the current bar.
