Chart Scale Y Axis (NinjaTrader 7)

Hi, I'd like to ask if there is an unsupported way to control the y axis of a panel within an indicator?

As a basic example set the minimum and maximum of the price panel (panel 1) based on the current day low and current day high.

    Thanks very much.

    Hello suprsnipes,

You can see the ZigZag indicator for an example of working with the scale, the GetMinMaxValues override would be used for that.

suprsnipes. The way I solved that is to have a simple indicator draw a line at the wanted High and Low with AutoScale set to True (I use 60Min). Then set the AutoScale of the DataSeries to False. And also for any and all other indicators being used. Set the lower and upper Margin in the chart properties to where you feel most comfortable. That way no matter where the price goes the High and Low lines will always be visible. sandman
