Looking for a global horizontal line indicator

Hi,
I'm looking for a global horizontal line indicator for NT7, so it can show up on all time frame charts. However, I can only find the NT8 version.

I am not aware of a specific indicator that does that for NT7. Going forward in NT8 a lot of objects have a specific overload that includes global. In Nt7 you would need to manually configure the line to be a global object and enable the show global objects on each chart where it should appear.

any indicator has the function of labelling the horizontal lines?

I was able to locate one item which may work for the purpose, you would need to review and import/test it to confirm it works how you want. You can otherwise use the userapp share to search for items, I included a link to the search for "Label".
