Custom Colors in indicators?

How do you use custom colors in an indicator?

I want to have the background color of my chart change with logic criteria:

EX:

if (Close[0] > SMA(Close,89)[0])
BackColor = Color.Navy;
else
BackColor = Color.Black;

Except instead of using Navy I want to use an RGB value of 0,0,30

Seems like it should be simple but I havn't found any documentation on it.

BackColor = Color.FromArgb(0,0,30);
