I would not know. You would need to confirm with IQFeed if they provide the information through their adapter. You would want to calculate it through an indicator.

Yes Kinetick (DTN IQ) provides up and down tick information for
every bar (and every single tick).

But their is no quote field in Ninja for this...

I need indicator which counts some pattern but this pattern must be at a stretch. Indicator "Candle Stick Pattern" counts patterns but not at a stretch. How to set at a stretch?

I was able to find some kind of documentation on creating a stretch.

You would need to custom develop this type of indicator.
