Reading DrawObjects from different indicators

I'm trying to find IRectangles on the chart created by one indicator with another indicator.

But for some reason, the reading indicator can only see the DrawObjects it created itself.

Is there a way to make a draw object visible to any indicator or strategy on the chart?

This would not be possible in NinjaTrader 7 however is possible in NinjaTrader 8.
