Need third party strategy programmer

As subject line says.
I have a full strategy I need to speak with a very experienced programmer about.
I have the strategy in a different language, need it translated to ninjatrader, readable by Bloodhound & BlackBird.
If you know PineScript this would be beneficial but not needed as it's just a translation job.
