Edit script

When I click on Tools I do not have an "Edit Script" option. All I have is Inst. manager, historical data, Account connections and options. How do I get to Edit script?

Hi meyer99,

Which license key are you using? If you are on a Dorman license key (it starts with DOR) you will not be able to edit NinjaScript. Please send us a note at sales [at] ninjatrader [dot] com if you wish to get a different key.

Two NT on same PC

I have one NT (Dorman license key). Can I install another NT (free/simulation only) on the same PC? I will only use the second version when the first version is shut.

Market replay

Your video shows a run market data recorder under tools/options/general. I do not see that on my NT. Where is it now?

Cannot download custom scripts

I tried to install a simulation only version on a PC where I already had a NT version with a Dorman license. See post 3 below. After installing the new NT some of my custom scripts dissapeared. When I tried to import the scripts that were gone again, I got a message telling me that some of the custom scripts that I currently have have errors and cannot download new scripts until the errors are resolved. How can I identify which of the scripts contain the errors, which by the way were working ok before I installed NT yesterday.

Tools -> Edit Indicator.

Pick anything.

Press F5 to compile. Study the error message at the bottom. If you don't understand it, post a screen shot of the exact error messages in their entirety and the community can help.

Also how do I delete a custom script from NT?
