RE: help with figuring out what certain dom numbers mean

Hi I have attached a picture of my dom below.

It is a dom that was purchased and created by a third party. I was wondering if there was an easy way of creating an indicator that made a sound of my choosing when the numbers next to current available bids and asks *i believe it is the aggregate total amount collected over a certain period of time* gets to a certain number. if you are having trouble understand which numbers, i am referring to the column of red and blue numbers in the white box. Numbers in red show 290, 262 ,248,239,277 and 200 193,159,213 on the blue side. I need something to make an alarm on nt 7 and notify me when one of the numbers get to lets say.. 1000

What do these numbers represent?

Are these numbers level 2 volume at each price level?

OnMarketDepth() triggers for level 2 data and you could aggregate this data and trigger an alert when the volume is above a certain amount.
