Is there such a thing as a UniRenko bar with a true open price so backtest results are accurate? Is there a download somewhere?

Thank you for your note.
What you could do to resolve this issue, is have your strategy add a secondary data series, and then submit your orders to the secondary serious. This will work around the issue where the UniRenkos open is not the true open.
