Time taken by Range bar / Constant volume bar

Hi,

I want to see the time taken by each bar in "range bar charts" and "constant volume bar charts" as an indicator in a separate panel.


For the first bar of the session,

(First bar close time minus Session start time) = Time taken in seconds

For all subsequent bars,

(Current bar close time minus Previous bar close time) = Time taken in seconds


I don't have any knowledge in writing code. Any help in building the indicator is appreciated.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Ninjatrader forums!

I have an indicator that will measure bar times in seconds that I use for diagnostic information and will attach to this post. My original post was a link to an NT8 indicator so I deleted that.
