highlight or box any hourly candle of my choice

I'm looking for an indicator where I can input a time like 2-3pm, and it will automatically put a rectangle of my chosen color around the most recent and all other candles on my chart for that given hourly candle. The rectangle should be from the high to the low of that bar and all bars in the past. Does anything like this already exist?

my be missing some further clarity however

to do this i use
a second time frame
on the same chart
in the same window
use transparent as color
then add this indicator for that period
