Looking for someone to write a simple indicator for me

I am wanting an indicator that can do the following. I am willing to pay for this. I am told it should be fairly simple but since I don't program it's not for me

1. Plot a horzontal line for the high and low of the previous day.
2. Plot horizontal lines for the highs and lows of a given time period. I would like to be able to change the times in 10 minute increments.

Basically support and resistance lines with the ability to change time periods and a constant display of the opening and close for the day.

You don't need someone to code #1; just plot the indicator "PriorDayOHLC" and black the Open and Close.
