Plotting a number as text on an oscillator line

Hello:

Has anyone attempted to plot a calculated number as a string on an oscillator line? For example, instead of plotting a dot on an oscillator line for each bar at y = 0, plot the number that was converted to a string for that bar based on some calculation. Perhaps the calculated number can actually be printed without assigning it as a string, but I have failed to find the right way to do it.

Thanks for opening the thread.

"Plots" which we create with Add() create a DataSeries object which is a collection of doubles to hold values.

The suggested way to display a text value at a point on a chart would be to use the DrawText() method. You can also specify if drawing objects should be placed on the Price Panel or the Indicator Panel.
