Draw Ractangle

How can i select area (rectangle-with right click to start) over the chart and get the data of the candles inside the rectangle in ninja script?

Hello jignesh142,

Using all supported methods, you would need to draw a normal rectangle, then loop through the drawing objects collection on a bar update or market event and get the end points.

By using the drawing objects StartBarsAgo and EndBarsAgo, you will have a range of bars

If would want this to trigger specifically when drawn, this would requiring making a copy of the drawing tool and then modifying this. For NinjaTrader 7, custom drawing tools are possible but are not fully supported by NinjaTrader Support. However, these are supported and expanded on with more documented tools in NinjaTrader 8.
