Can indicator get name of workspace?

Hello.

Most of my indicators determine instrument and timeftrame in OnStartUp() and autoset parametres.

But now I have same charts in some different workspaces.

That's why Intrument.Full.Name and Bars.Period is not enough. I have to know to what workspace chart belongs.

Is the way to get it?

Viewing / switching the open workspace in NinjaTrader 7 is not supported by NinjaTrader support to do.

As a tip, the NinjaTrader.Gui.WorkspaceOptions should contain what you are looking for.

How can the name of the workspace that contains the indicator's host chart be accessed in NT8?

Just want to find the property value, not change it.

Can't find it under Ninjatrader.Gui.

For NinjaTrader 8, this is undocumented but you can loop through the NinjaTrader.Gui.Tools.WorkspaceOptions.SavedWorksp aces collection.
