ATM behaviour

I've not used ATM Strategies often but could I please get confirmation on the correct behavior.

If I have an order of say 5 contracts and only 2 are filled and the 2 that were filled have taken profit is it to be expected that the remaining 3 orders are cancelled?

And if this is normal how can I modify the behavior so that the remaining contracts are not cancelled?

As far as I know, the remaining orders are not cancelled. Your entry order fills partially so the remaining contracts of the entry order are still active.

I have been experiencing the behavior as described. What could be causing this?

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, ATM behaviour' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Please include around what time the order filled, at what price and for what instrument.
