Documentation wrong for crossbelow() test.

Doc is incorrect for crossbelow() in the user guide. Looks like someone cut/pasted some of crossabove() into it.

This method returns true if a cross above condition occurred; otherwise, false.

yes, that's the incorrect line.

Also, down in the parameters box, the following sentence should be changed, from 'cross above' to 'cross below':

Number of bars back to check the cross above condition

I have forwarded this to development as well. I did want to note that items for the NT7 helpguide will be reviewed and depending on severity would be implemented or not. At this point most efforts will go toward documentation for NinjaTrader 8.
