draw region question

How do I use "draw region" to replicate the colored racing stripe when it meets a bar condition from my chart? I have attached ss below

The vertical stripes are using BackColor or even DrawVerticalLine(), not DrawRegion();

As member eDanny has advised the picture you provided shows vertical stripes that likely were created with BackColor.
