Could you provide further information, for example, are you using the NS editor or something else. Did you observe this in the indicator UDM or the strategy UDM or both? What specifically were you not seeing?

Can you try using DrawDot( and see if you get intelliprompt to show? I was able to see it in both strategy and Indicator UDMs using the NDS editor.
