How can I tell if using price panel or seperate panel?

Scenario:

I have an indicator than I normally run in the price panel. Sometimes I will move it to a separate panel for various reasons.

Question:
How can I tell from inside the indicator if it is running in the price panel or a separate panel( e.g. panel 2)?
