There is no supported way to convert NT7 data to NT8 data using NinjaScript. The only way to do this would be to use the initial setup migration tool.

If you have already installed NinjaTrader 8 and have gone past this migration tool, you can force another migration by shutting down NinjaTrader and renaming the config file within the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 folder. Restart NinjaTrader and you should be presented with the option to migrate again.
