    Random Variable

    I am trying to create a variable that returns a random number. Is it possible?

    If possible, how can I manage? I mean: integer or double, from 0 to "n", etc.

    Thanks,
    Carlos

    Hello CarlosTTW, and thank you for your question.

    Microsoft has included in C# a class called Random, which you can learn more about through their publicly available documentation here, https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/lib...em.random.aspx .

    In a pinch, this code will output a random integer between 0 and n.

    Code:
    public static int random0ToN(int n)
    {
      return new Random().Next(0, n < 0 ? n * -1 : n);
    }
    Please let us know if there are any other ways we may help.
