How to add time 000000

I am trying to use the time filter but when I try to add 12:30 midnight
it reverts to 0 instead of displaying 03000

I tired double and float and still on get 0 in the strategy analzer instead of show 000000

H0w does one use Range to make sure that 0 for time shows like 03000 instead of 0

StartofMorining = 030000;
EndofMorning = 114000;
StartofAfternoon = 140000;
EndofAfternoon = 154500;

Are StartofMorining, EndofMorning, StartofAfternoon, and EndofAfternoon ints?

The value of 12:30 AM should be 3000 in int.
