strategies do not run

I am having a throuble with three strategies. They start and then come out with the following message in the log:

Unable to cancel out live orders. Strategy 'S5531c/2b24295c946641bd8c383b42a835423a' was not started.

Please see the attached file with of the log mensagens.

What might be happening?

Thank you for your post.

Please disconnect from your data feed provider > then go to Tools > Options > Data > Repair Database > restart NinjaTrader > connect to your provider and test enabling the strategies again.

I did it but did not work. There are 18 pending orders that I could not delete.

These pending orders may be the cause of the problem?

How do I cancel an order "Pending Sub"? I tried to cancel the "CancelOrder" on "ControlCenter \ Orders", but did not work.

How these orders are "PendingSub" always that the strategy sends an order it is being canceled and I get the following msg
"Unable to cancel orders in October live. Strategy" S ..... "/ ....." was not started "

Thank you for your response.

Please reset the database this time by disconnecting from your data feed connection in NinjaTrader > then go to Tools > Options > Data > Reset Database > OK > restart NinjaTrader.
