    Is there any limits of emails sent ?

    I've been doing some live simulations for several Algos, and I realized late that each one was sending to me emails, but it's been a while and not receiving any mail any longer. I'll disable the mail procedure for live simulations, but:

    Question:
    is there any limit for the number of emails sent? How to reset it? closing and restarting NT ?

    Hello,
    There is not a limit to the number of emails that can be sent out.
    Do you receive any errors in the log tab of the control center?
    Do you have alerts occurring within NinjaTrader at the same time that an email would be sent?

      I've checked but there is not any error, weird isn't it?

      The only alerts sent are only those received from the broker or NT platform itself, so any suggestion?

        Hello,
        I would debug the strategy by adding an alert or a print when the email gets sent out as this would give a little more insight into what is occuring.
        Also, do you have the email settings configured under Tools > Options > Misc. Tab?

          Like I've said previously, all strategies were sending perfectly emails without any problem, but a couple hours ago, the process stop, but there's not any error given in the log tab.

            My apologies, are the test emails successful from the Tools >Options> Misc. Tab?

            Can you send us your log and trace files as well so we can investigate further? Please send them to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with the following link in the body: http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...d.php?p=463520
            You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

            The log file will be named "log.20160613.txt"
            You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

            The trace file will be named "trace.20160613.txt"

              No worries.

              Since this issue is not critical for my tests, I'm gonna wait till market close and restarit again, it will probably reset parameters.
