Indicator Sharing Forum How To?

I can't believe I'm asking this.
I want to share 2 indicators in the Ninja 7 Sharing forum, but for life of me, I cannot find a "New Thread", or New, Create, or Post button to start the process.

Can someone please point me to a URL or FAQ that describes exactly how to create a sharing post in the Indicator Sharing section of the support forum?

Do I have to be qualified somehow and my account needs some special permissions to do this perhaps?

Assuming you accepted the YES/NO with a yes...

You should end up on indicator page 1 list..

It's called : "ADD ENTRY"
