How to obtain historical data for TD Ameritrade, as example?

Is it possible to obtain end-of-day data for all my past trading period?
I'm looking for EOD: account equity, deposits/withdr, positions, orders.

Are you looking for historical performance at end of day from your provider? Or you just looking for Daily historical price data for instruments?

Thank you for your response and clarification.

The historical performance of the account would not be obtainable from the provider in NinjaTrader 7 or 8. NinjaTrader 7 and 8 will maintain their own local database of performance for the accounts - this would be for trades placed on the installation only.
