time and sales

hi,

using NT7 i'm wondering why
the color at time and sales changed from green to red, although
- the timestamp is identical and
- the price is the same as the price before

pls. see attached scrrenshot.

are my settings wrong?
any ideas?

To see what the colors indicate, right click on the Time And Sales window and select Properties

from my understanding: "at ask color background" is set to green.
but it appears in red ?

yes - set up a new t&s window, but wrong colors appear again

Please save your workspace by going to File > Workspace > Save Workspace

Then please send me your workspace files
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

to clearify (my understanding):
if price <= price before, and price background before is red -> price (background) should be red.
if price >= price before and price before is green -> price background should be green.

but, due to the fact, that bid / ask is "cycling" it's possible that a price is triggerd in green instead of red (following the first sentences) - is this right that way?

and: is there any way to change this in the display of time and sales?

This colors are based on the Ask and Bid prices, where the order is in regards to the bid and ask
