Chart blanks out and show a cross

Hi,

I observed that sometimes the chart will blank out and show a huge cross on the chart windows if i try to change some settings on some of my custom indicators. Sometimes this occurs also when new indicators are loaded.

This happens even while everything is fine on other computers running the same chart and scripts.

The only way to recover from this is to shut down and restart Ninjatrader (we are using NT7).

Is there any explanation on this happening? And can there be a fix?

Thanks for your post.

That would be difficult to track down unless you are able to find a particular indicator is the issue. I have seen that happen when using different fonts if using any type of symbols such as wingdings.

Please send in your log and trace files and I will review them to see if there are any clues to assist.
