Can´t make a simply double

Hi, I'm getting crazy with a basic double

Just need to get

double K = 1/2;

Print(K);


Output Windows equals to 0 instead of 0.5, why?

Thank you for writing in.

Dividing two integers will return an integer.

You would need to cast one of the numbers as a double in order to get the expected 0.5 result.

Example:

double K = (double)1 / 2;
