You could achieve this by doing the following:

if((Open [0] - Close [0]) > 10)
{
    BarColor = Color.Cyan;
}

The Code recommends that you do not work for me.
I found this code that does what I want:

Value.Set(Open[0] - Close[0]);

but bearish bars gives the value negative.

if sharing the code remains the same

Value.Set(Close[0] - Open[0]);

As I can do to make the result is always positive?

You could set the Value to the absolute value of the Open minus the Close of the current bar by doing the following:

Value.Set(Math.Abs(Open[0]-Close[0]));
