Problem with ToTime[] and breaking down different sessions

I cannot seem to get the ToTime[] function correct when it comes to breaking down the times of the day into different segments.

Thank you for writing in.

The SessionMORNING - 12:00 AM to 9:32 AM - Variable0 == 2. region has the following code:

else if (ToTime(Time[0]) < ToTime(24, 0, 0) && ToTime(Time[0]) > ToTime(9, 32, 0))
     return;

If the time is greater than 9:32 AM, return. The other bars are not painted because the code returns if the time is 9:33 AM and so on.

I would suggest commenting out the else if (something) return statements and working from there.
