Hyperlinked text in bar graph

Hello everyone, I'm doing an indicator but the question I have is quite general so have put it here .

What I'd like is that I specifically said that I have to put code in my code indicator and what area or in what function to put a hyperlinked text at the top of the chart where I'm using this indicator .

I give you an example with a one image .
