Ninja Crashes every time

Hi, sorry to post this in the General Programming section, i looked and couldn't find a section dedicated for this kind of things, i been having a problem with ninja, every time i try to load a specific chart it freezes and crashes, it started a couple days ago but i couldn't pinpoint why, anyways the chart im trying to load and which i was working on already is a 72 Hybrid Renko GBPJPY, i can load any other combination fine, Hybrid Renko 16, 66, 78, etc, or even 72 Hybrid of any other currency, just GBPJPY 72 will crash ninja.

-Deleted all GBPJPY data and then reloaded from FXCM, still crashing.
-Created a new work-space but still crashes.
-Removed all indicators, strategys running and flatten everything but still crashes.



any ideas?

Hello,

Thanks for your post.

Exit NinjaTrader and open the following directory in Windows
Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
Delete the contents within this folder
Restart and test
